Return & Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 3 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 3 working days.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Note: If the product is not defective, the buyer will bear the return courier charges.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact).

  • Buyer is responsible for return courier charges unless the item is defective.

Exchange Procedure

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defective part of the product.

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Email the picture along with your exchange/return request to sevenheavenshop07@gmail.com.

  4. We will share the return address with you.

  5. Send the package through your preferred local courier service.

  6. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the exchange within 3 working days.

    Disclaimer:

  • Some of suits displayed on the website are Master copies and are Master Replica.
  •  There can be a slight difference in Shade and color due to photographic lights used and the Display screen. Suits can only be exchanged due to this reason, No refund will be entertained on this basis.
