Return & Exchange Policy – SevenHeavenShop

SevenHeavenShop ensures 100% customer satisfaction and provides a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns for damaged or faulty products within 14 days of receipt. Complaints about defects in unstitched dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, customers need to WhatsApp us with the subject "Returns" and provide order details along with the reason for the return.

How to Start a Return

1st Floor, Al Hamad Center, near Karkhana Bazar, Railway Road, Faisalabad.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Items sent back without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.

  • If your return is approved, we will share a return shipping label and instructions.

  • A 15% administrative fee and delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
